Lasagna
The food I like the most is lasagna. Lasagna is a type of pasta that is made from different layers of ingredients such as meat, cheese, vegetables, sauce, etc. To cook this meal, first of all you have to cook the layers of pasta that are going to be used for the lasagna. In case the lasagna is pre-cooked, cooking the pasta layers for 10 to 15 minutes will be enough to then add the necessary ingredients for each layer. The total duration of the cooking process varies depending on how many and what ingredients are being used. Lasagna is made by many ingredients that I like quite a lot, like cheese, soy meat and sauces. I am aware that eating lots of lasagna is not beneficial for your health, due to the calories that the pasta and cheese have.
